Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own the website relationship for automotive dealership clients. The role is remote, full-time, with support hours 8:30AM–5:30PM PST and the Continental US preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 2–3 years' progressive experience in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive retail management.
• Strong understanding of dealership operations and website/advertising strategy (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills; customer service and relationship management focus.
• Proficient with Salesforce and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers' needs drive priorities.
• Manage a full and/or complex account load.
• Speak with customers to understand and articulate user problems Team Velocity can solve, triaging bugs and issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with customers on KPIs, Google Analytics, SEO, priorities and expectations.
• Assess, prioritize, and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines and deadlines to customers with guidance they need.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs, track cases, and monitor team efficiency.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to drive portfolio growth through upsell and expansion.
• Maintain external client retention by managing progress and results across accounts.
• Coordinate with inter-departmental teams to provide streamlined service for dealers.
• Provide recommendations on site performance and enhancements (creative services, advisements, responsive design).
