Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing seeks a Website Performance Manager to own the website relationship for automotive dealership clients and drive the vision and delivery of our website products. You will respond to inquiries quickly, resolve issues, and ensure dealerships feel supported.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing or agency experience with dealership operations, website strategy, and analytics. This is a full-time remote role with hours 8:30AM-5:30PM PST.

Qualifications

BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience.
2-3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or agency management.
Strong understanding of dealership operations and website strategy.
Proficiency in digital marketing for websites and advertising.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain client relationships across a portfolio.
Speak with customers to articulate problems and triage issues.
Produce monthly reporting including KPIs, GA, SEO and priorities.
Identify and present new feature requests to leadership.
Coordinate with departments to provide proactive support.
