Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager to own client relationships for automotive dealership accounts, driving proactive website strategy and delivering measurable improvements. You will respond to inquiries, manage a portfolio, and guide feature requests while ensuring customer happiness and retention.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing experience and strong knowledge of dealership operations, website strategy, and analytics.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in retail automotive digital strategy, automotive agency, or automotive retail management.
• Understanding of dealership operations at all levels.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategy for websites and advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing).
• Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team.
• Salesforce experience and ability to use MS Office tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, website strategy and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients and ensure customers’ needs drive priorities.
• Manage a full and/or complex account load.
• Speak with customers to understand and articulate user problems; triage bugs and issues.
• Execute monthly reporting with customers, including KPIs and analytics.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines and expectations to customers.
• Leverage Salesforce to create product backlogs and monitor cases.
• Drive portfolio growth with upsell, expansion, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide streamlined dealer service.
• Provide recommendations for site performance and enhancements.
