Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager (WPM) to own relationships for automotive dealership clients and drive proactive website product delivery.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing or automotive retail management experience and understands dealership operations, website strategy, and advertising. Remote, full-time role with PST business hours; USA continental time zones preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• 2-3 years' progressive experience in retail automotive digital strategy or automotive retail management
• Demonstrated understanding of dealership operations and ability to work with all levels
• Digital marketing strategy knowledge for websites/advertising (SEM, display, SEO, Google Ads, Bing)
• Strong written/verbal/phone communication and relationship management skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team
• Salesforce knowledge and proficiency with MS Office
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS, website strategy and analytics
• Data-driven thinking with solid analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients; keep customers' needs central to priorities
• Manage a full/complex account load
• Speak with customers to articulate issues and triage bugs
• Execute monthly reporting with KPIs, GA, SEO, and customer priorities
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership
• Communicate priorities, timelines and guidance to customers
• Utilize Salesforce to create backlogs and track cases
• Drive portfolio growth via upsell, expansion and upgrades
• Retain external clients by managing all accounts effectively
• Collaborate with internal teams to support dealer needs
• Provide recommendations on site performance and enhancements
