Job summary

Team Velocity Marketing is seeking a Website Performance Manager (WPM) to own relationships with automotive dealership clients, driving proactive website strategy and delivering revenue and non-revenue enhancements.

The ideal candidate has automotive digital marketing or retail management experience with strong knowledge of dealership operations, HTML/CSS, and analytics. This is a full-time remote role with PST hours.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
• 2-3 years in retail automotive digital strategy or management.
• Understanding of dealership operations and cross-group collaboration.
• Experience with digital marketing strategies for websites and advertising.
• Excellent written, verbal and phone communication.
• Proficient with Salesforce and data-driven decision making.
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website analytics.
• Strong analytical mindset and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Manage a full or complex account load.
• Speak with customers to understand problems and triage issues.
• Execute monthly reporting: KPIs, GA, SEO, and priorities.
• Assess and present new feature requests to leadership.
• Communicate priorities, timelines and guidance to customers.
• Use Salesforce to create backlogs and track cases.
• Collaborate with cross-department teams to support dealers.
• Provide site performance recommendations and enhancements.
