RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. You will manage the CMS, intake, releases, accessibility, and ensure search readiness while partnering with marketing and technical teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with modern CMS platforms, strong HTML/CSS skills, SEO, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Competenze

• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites.
• Experience with a modern CMS (WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful) is required.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools (GA4, Search Console).
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Documented ability to work in a multi-brand environment.

Mansioni

• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across lines of business.
• Lead QA and release readiness, including accessibility and tracking.
• Monitor website health, performance, redirects, and metadata for SEO.
• Maintain forms and integrations, troubleshoot issues, document requirements for partners.
• Implement governance and reusable processes for faster ownership and approvals.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Tech partners.
