Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks a Website Manager to own day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. You’ll manage CMS, intake, releases, accessibility, and SEO while partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Tech teams.

The role requires 3–5 years of CMS publishing, HTML/CSS proficiency, and strong project management. Remote-friendly, multi-brand environment with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• 3–5 years of hands-on publishing experience.
• HTML and CSS knowledge; diagnose frontend, template, or form issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, and performance.
• Experience using GA4 and Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in B2B software, healthcare, education tech, or regulated industry.
• Experience supporting consent-management tools, tag-management, form integrations, or experiments.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, DNS/domain management, governance, and AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines.
• Lead QA and release readiness, including accessibility and tracking.
• Monitor website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements.
• Implement campaign tracking and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable publishing processes.
• Use analytics and site-tools to identify issues and propose improvements.
