Job summary

RethinkFirst seeks a Website Manager to own daily operation, quality, and governance of public marketing sites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. You will manage CMS, intake, releases, accessibility, and SEO readiness, collaborating with Performance Marketing, Creative, and tech partners to deliver reliable web experiences.

The role requires 3–5 years managing production marketing sites with a modern CMS; strong HTML/CSS, analytics, and project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; diagnose frontend/template/form issues.
• Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, redirects, performance, QA.
• Experience with GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong PM and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines with realistic plans and release schedules.
• Build and update pages using components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead QA and release readiness including content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, and metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement and maintain campaign tracking and landing-page tests with Marketing.
• Create governance and reusable processes for ownership, approvals, and standards.
• Use analytics and Search Console to identify issues and share recommendations.
