Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the daily operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing sites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd.

This hands-on role will manage the CMS, intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness while partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Tech teams to deliver reliable experiences without duplicating paid media ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose common front-end issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and release QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4 or Google Search Console.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.
• Strong documentation and problem-solving skills in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, including pages, templates, components, permissions, workflows, and structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines with realistic release plans.
• Build and update pages and landing pages using established components with designers and developers when needed.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, ensuring content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor and improve website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain website forms and integrations; document technical requirements for partners.
• Implement campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance and documentation to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share recommendations.
