Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role that will manage the content management system, publishing intake, releases, technical health, accessibility, and search readiness of our web properties.

The Website Manager will partner closely with Performance Marketing, Creative and Brand, Content, Marketing Operations, and technical partners

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field.
3–5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and front-end issue diagnosis.
Experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, and release QA.
Experience using web analytics tools like GA4 or Google Search Console.
Strong project- and stakeholder-management skills in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day CMS administration including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
Manage intake and prioritization of website requests across business lines and releases.
Build pages and landing pages using existing components with designers, developers, and agencies.
Lead QA and release readiness ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
Monitor Core Web Vitals, redirects, metadata, and technical SEO health.
Maintain forms and integrations, documenting requirements for partners.
Implement campaign tracking and consent management for landing pages.
Create governance and reusable website processes to reduce bottlenecks.
