Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across our brands. You will manage the CMS, intake, releases, accessibility, and SEO readiness while partnering with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and Tech teams to deliver reliable web experiences.

You will troubleshoot issues, ensure performance, and drive improvements using GA4 and Search Console, all within a multi-brand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful, or a comparable platform.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and ability to diagnose common front-end, template, form, and integration issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, website accessibility, responsive design, redirects, page performance, and release quality assurance.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, or comparable platforms.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills, including triage, scope clarification, dependencies, and coordinating external partners.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through in a multi-brand environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines with realistic plans and release schedules.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including content accuracy, accessibility, links, forms, and tracking.
• Monitor and improve website health, performance, Core Web Vitals, redirects, and metadata.
• Maintain forms and integrations; document technical requirements for developers.
• Implement website-side requirements for campaign tracking and landing-page tests with Marketing Ops.
• Create governance, documentation, and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and site-quality tools to identify issues and share concise recommendations.
