Boeing Employees Credit Union is hiring a Web Solutions Specialist to shape member experiences across BECU.org and digital platforms. You will translate business needs into front-end solutions, drive web initiatives, and support the transition to a modern Digital Experience Platform (DXP).

Role involves collaboration with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT, delivering scalable, high-quality web experiences while adhering to accessibility and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (jQuery or modern frameworks preferred).
• Experience with CMS platforms, specifically Optimizely, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Experience building digital campaigns and website enhancements; agile delivery experience.

Responsabilités

• Web Solution Delivery: execute digital web solutions across campaigns and product initiatives.
• Front-End Development: build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and components.
• DXP Migration: support Sitecore to Optimizely migration for a modern platform.
• Personalization & Targeting: assist in delivering tailored digital experiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, IT.
• Accessibility & UX: ensure WCAG/A11Y standards and responsive design.
• Agile Delivery: participate in sprint planning, refinement, and delivery.
• Testing & Optimization: support A/B and multivariate testing for improvements.
• Performance Monitoring: identify and resolve front-end issues.
• Compliance & Standards: ensure brand, SEO, legal and ADA compliance.
