Boeing Employees Credit Union (BECU) is seeking a Web Solutions Specialist to deliver scalable digital experiences across BECU.org and related platforms. You will drive web initiatives, ensure accessibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on DX platform migration.

Ideal candidates have HTML/CSS/JS expertise, experience with Optimizely, and a track record in Agile environments. Remote work options available for eligible locations, with occasional on-site HQ visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology roles.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with Optimizely CMS.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap and analytics tools.
• Experience working in Agile delivery and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver web solutions across digital platforms to support campaigns and product initiatives.
• Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, forms, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS tools.
• Support the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) migration from Sitecore to Optimizely.
• Collaborate with UX, Marketing, Product, Analytics, and IT teams to translate requirements into web solutions.
• Ensure accessibility, WCAG/A11Y, and responsive design; participate in testing and optimization.
