Xplor Technologies is seeking a Web Implementation Consultant/Associate to help onboard new and existing customers to modern web products. You will consult on site content, configure features, and train users across web, mobile app, API integrations, and CRM systems.

The role requires strong communication, meticulous coordination, and the ability to manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams in a fully remote US-based setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant and progressive experience.
• Experience in software or website product QA.
• Proficiency with CSS and HTML.
• Strong project management and customer support understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary resource for Project Managers during onboarding.
• Consult with clients on website vision and content techniques.
• Train on products including Mobile App, APIs, Beacons, CRM.
• Define scope for custom configurations and builds.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
• Create standard practice documentation.
• Troubleshoot website and mobile app issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and clear communication.
