Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking a Web Implementation Specialist to build and optimize WordPress websites for foreUP customers. You will configure themes, plugins, and components, ensuring responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly experiences across devices and browsers.

You’ll manage content migration, QA, and collaboration with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule, with a strong emphasis on ADA/WCAG compliance and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on WordPress development, implementation, or website operations experience.
• Portfolio showing complete WordPress sites with technical customization beyond content entry.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 with JavaScript, responsive design, and accessibility practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and update WordPress websites using approved designs, templates and brand standards.
• Create responsive layouts and components with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
• Work with themes, plugins, and site settings beyond basic drag-and-drop tools.
• Migrate content and improve formatting, usability, SEO, and accessibility.
• Troubleshoot layout, styling, plugin, browser, and hosting issues.
• Perform site QA across devices and browsers and ensure accessibility compliance.
• Apply SEO and GEO best practices and structured data as needed.
• Assist with GA4 and tag manager configuration and validation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects on schedule.
