Job summary

Canidium is seeking an Xactly Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Xactly Incent for enterprise clients. You will guide clients through SPM automation, configuration, testing, and seamless system integration.

The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, clear communication with executives, and coordinating multiple workstreams to deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision. Remote-based in the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience with Xactly Incent and related modules.
• Proven consulting experience translating technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication, executive-level interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery to document business requirements for Xactly Incent and modules.
• Design and build end-to-end configurations, including rules and formulas.
• Execute SIT/UAT, troubleshoot logic gaps, ensure data accuracy.
• Evaluate existing Xactly instances and implement improvements.
• Manage deployment to production and post-deployment support.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and handoff materials.
