Job summary

Xplor Technologies in the United States is seeking a Remote Web Implementation Consultant/Associate to guide onboarding, configuration, and training for new and existing customers across Website, CRM, and related products. You will work with a Project Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction.

You will consult with clients to align website vision, perform product configurations, and deliver effective training and post go-live support, while

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple projects across different product lines (Website, CRM, Reservation)
• Operational knowledge of Relational Databases, Database Schema, SQL, VBScript and Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with CSS and HTML Knowledge
• Proven work experience in software or website product quality assurance
• Experience in Project Management paired with a strong understanding of customer support
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Detail-oriented with strong time and relationship management abilities

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for Project Managers as we onboard customers to new products.
• Consult with the client to understand their vision and strategy for their website and provide recommendations.
• Conduct training on new products and provide post go-live support.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on client feedback and feature requests.
• Troubleshoot and root-cause website and mobile app related issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and thorough communication.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
