Job summary

AssetIntel is seeking a Customer Implementation and Support Specialist to help clients adopt inspectX, emergencyX and manageX. This remote role centers on guiding implementations, delivering training, and sustaining client success across the US.

You will configure solutions, manage data migrations, troubleshoot advanced issues with SQL/Postman/Zendesk, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure value realization and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with clients and internal teams.
• Deep knowledge of bridge inspection processes (NBI/SNBI).
• Experience with at least one bridge inspection system (inspectX, AASHTOWare BrM, or Bentley AssetWise).
• Solid IT skills and ability to learn SQL, Postman, Zendesk quickly.
• Experience in project management, tracking milestones and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding and implementations for AssetIntel solutions.
• Configure forms, workflows, and reports to meet client needs.
• Coordinate data migration with QA and Development to ensure data quality.
• Manage UAT, go-live, and post-launch support for production readiness.
• Provide advanced support for escalated issues and collaborate with Product/Engineering.
