Job summary

RethinkFirst is seeking a Website Manager to own the day-to-day operation, quality, and governance of our public marketing websites across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEd. This is a hands-on role managing the CMS, publishing intake, releases, accessibility, and search readiness while collaborating with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content, and technical partners for reliable web experiences.

The role translates business requirements into repeatable processes, ensures QA and launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years managing production marketing websites with a modern CMS.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to diagnose front-end issues.
• Practical experience with technical SEO, accessibility, responsive design, redirects, and QA.
• Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, or comparable platforms.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills, including triage and coordinating external partners.
• Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through in multi-brand environments.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day administration of the CMS, including pages, templates, components, permissions, publishing workflows, and content structure.
• Manage intake and prioritization for website requests across business lines, turning needs into plans and release schedules.
• Build and update pages and landing pages using established components; coordinate with designers, developers, and agencies for new functionality.
• Lead website QA and release readiness, including content accuracy, accessibility, and tracking.
• Monitor and improve website health, Core Web Vitals, redirects, crawlability, metadata, and SEO fundamentals.
• Maintain website forms and integrations, troubleshoot issues, and document requirements for partners.
• Implement and maintain campaign tracking, consent management, and landing-page tests with stakeholders.
• Create governance and reusable processes to reduce bottlenecks and clarify ownership.
• Use analytics and site-health tools to identify issues and share recommendations with stakeholders.
