Jobot is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive above-market revenue growth across the Eastern region for water treatment solutions. This remote role covers a defined territory and partners with dealers to expand the network and win new business.

You will build territory plans, recruit dealers, analyze data, and collaborate with Product and National Accounts to deliver a coordinated go-to-market strategy. Travel is primarily self-scheduled with a 60% travel expectation.

Formación

• 5+ years of sales experience in dealer/distributor channels.
• Water treatment experience preferred.
• Proven results in dealer channel sales and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build regional growth strategy to increase revenue and market share.
• Prospect, recruit, and onboard high-potential dealers.
• Collaborate with Product and national accounts for a coordinated GTM.
• Develop performance-driven relationships with dealers and drive top-line growth.
• Use data analytics to identify drivers and gaps and plan improvements.
• Create and manage territory sales plans aligned to company goals.
• Lead training and coaching for dealers to grow their business.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position products.
