• Manage $16M in warranty claim reimbursements annually across 3,000+ transactions.
• Verify billings for warranty entitlements.
• File warranty claims within vendor set time limits.
• Maintain a warranty database for entitlements and returns.
• Ensure timely return of defective warranty parts to vendors.
• Ensure timely receipt of parts or credits for replacements.
• Collaborate with Finance to match warranty receivables and claims.
• Manage warranty returns processing for CMSU dealers.
• Publish monthly warranty reports.
