Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a service parts or logistics environment and dealing with vendor warranty claims.
• Preferred: 5 years experience in a service parts or logistics environment and dealing with vendor warranty claim.
• Preferred Education: 4 Year Bachelor's Degree
• Pay Information: Min $50,000 to $80,500 DOE

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all warranty entitlements from CMSU vendors are claimed.
• Manage $16M in warranty claim reimbursement annually with 3,000+ transactions.
• Verify billings for warranty entitlements.
• File warranty claims within vendor-set time limits.
• Maintain a warranty database on all entitlements.
• Ensure timely return of defective warranty parts to vendors.
• Coordinate with Finance to match warranty receivable accounts with open claims.
• Manage warranty returns for CMSU dealers.
• Publish monthly reports.
