The role manages all aspects of warranty claims for service parts, including entitlements, reimbursements, and coordination with the Finance team. Responsibilities include processing vendor warranty claims, maintaining warranty databases, ensuring timely returns of defective parts, and generating monthly reports.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in a service parts or logistics environment and dealing with vendor warranty claims.
• Preferred: 5 years experience in a service parts or logistics environment and dealing with vendor warranty claim.
• Preferred Education: 4 Year Bachelor's Degree.
• Pay Information: Min $50,000 to $80,500 DOE

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all warranty entitlements from CMSU vendors are claimed.
• Responsible for $16M in warranty claim reimbursement annually with 3,000+ transactions.
• Ensure that all billings that occur are verified for warranty entitlements.
• File warranty claims within the vendor set time limit.
• Maintain a warranty database on all warranty entitlements.
• Ensure that all replacement parts or financial credits are received in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the Finance department to ensure that warranty receivable accounts and open valid warranty claims match.
• Manage the warranty returns process as it applies to CMSU dealers.
• Publish monthly reports.
