• 2 years experience in a service parts or logistics environment and dealing with vendor warranty claims.
• Preferred: 5 years experience in a service parts or logistics environment and dealing with vendor warranty claim.
• Preferred Education: 4 Year Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Ensure warranty entitlements from CMSU vendors are claimed.
• Maintain a warranty database on entitlements.
• File warranty claims within vendor-set time limits.
• Publish monthly warranty reports.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile warranty receivables and claims.
• Oversee warranty returns from CMSU dealers.
