Job summary

Rendever is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to be a friendly, forward-facing resource for participants, caregivers, and care staff on the THRIVE@Home project. You will help users navigate the Rendever VR platform, shadow a VR Support Specialist in the first six months, and progressively focus on supporting study participants and care teams across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and technical support.
• Ability to organize tasks and coordinate schedules.

• Strong technical troubleshooting and remote support skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and deployment of study systems, including tracking system deliveries and scheduling training calls.
• Act as the first point of contact for all inbound technical support requests from study participants, caregivers, and members of their care team.
• Navigate troubleshooting requests to resolution, and communicate solutions and next steps clearly.
• Write and deliver Bug Logs detailing steps to reproduce, impact, and severity.
• Work collaboratively with the Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to resolve issues and feed feedback into the product roadmap.
• Manage communications with communities, participants, and families, maintaining proactive and responsive delivery times.
