Job summary

Rendever is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to assist participants, caregivers, and care staff with the Rendever VR platform on THRIVE@Home. You will lead setup, schedule training calls, and document support interactions while collaborating with multiple teams to improve the user experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience providing technical assistance.
• Strong verbal and written communication with participants and care teams.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and deployment of study systems, track deliveries, and schedule training calls.
• Serve as first point of contact for inbound technical support from participants, caregivers, and care teams.
• Troubleshoot issues to resolution and communicate solutions clearly and patiently.
• Write Bug Logs detailing reproduction steps, impact, and severity.
• Collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to resolve issues and feed back into roadmap.
• Manage communications with communities, participants, and families to maintain proactive support.
