Rendever is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to act as a friendly, front-line resource for participants, caregivers, and care staff on THRIVE@Home projects. You will troubleshoot issues, coordinate training calls, and maintain records of support interactions, while shadowing senior team members in the first six months.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset to help participants, caregivers, and study staff resolve issues.
• Organize task scheduling for system deliveries, training calls, and support requests.
• Clear, patient communication to explain technical solutions to diverse users.
• Strong technical support abilities and comfort with remote technology.
• Prioritize requests and manage study setup priorities efficiently.
• Diagnose and escalate technical issues with proper teams as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and deployment of study systems and training calls.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound technical support from participants and caregivers.
• Navigate troubleshooting requests to resolution and communicate solutions clearly.
• Prepare Bug Logs detailing steps to reproduce issues, impact, and severity.
• Collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to resolve issues and feed back into roadmap.
• Manage communications with communities, participants, and families to maintain timely delivery.
