Job summary

Rendever is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to be a friendly, forward-facing resource for participants, caregivers, and care staff on THRIVE@Home projects, helping older adults use our VR platform in study settings and connecting families with support.

You will assist with setup and training, track deliveries, handle inbound technical requests, write clear bug logs, and collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to resolve issues and feed improvements into

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical users.
• Excellent time-management and organizational abilities to coordinate trainings and deliveries.
• Good communication skills for participants, caregivers and care teams.
• Interest in technology with ability to troubleshoot remote VR hardware/software.
• Ability to shadow and learn from experienced staff during initial period.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and deployment of study systems, track deliveries and schedule trainings.
• Serve as first point of contact for inbound technical support from participants and caregivers.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate solutions clearly to users.
• Write bug logs detailing reproduction steps, impact, and severity.
• Collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to resolve issues and share feedback.
• Manage communications with communities, participants, and families to maintain responsive support.
