Job summary

Rendever is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to be a friendly, forward-facing resource for participants, caregivers, and care staff on THRIVE@Home. You’ll help troubleshoot, coordinate training, and document interactions as our VR platform supports aging in place communities.

During the first six months you will shadow an experienced VR Support Specialist, assist with participant training, and gradually focus on study participants and their care teams, contributing to a proactive,

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to help customers solve technical problems.
• Organizing tasks and coordinating schedules for system deliveries and training calls.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication to explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support setup and deployment of study systems and schedule trainings.
• Act as first point of contact for inbound technical support from study participants and caregivers.
• Navigate troubleshooting requests to resolution and communicate next steps clearly.
• Write and deliver Bug Logs detailing steps to reproduce, impact, and severity.
• Collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to ensure issues are resolved promptly and feedback is shared.
• Manage communications with communities, participants, and families to maintain proactive delivery times.
