Rendever is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to serve as the friendly, forward-facing resource for participants, caregivers, and care staff on the THRIVE@Home project. You will help troubleshoot issues with the Rendever system, coordinate training calls, and maintain records of support interactions.

During the first six months you will shadow an experienced VR Support Specialist and assist with participant training, gradually focusing on supporting study participants and their care

Qualificações

• Customer service skills to be used as first point of contact for participants and caregivers.
• Planning and coordinating schedules for system deliveries, training calls, and support requests.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and deploy study systems, track deliveries, and schedule training calls.
• Be the first point of contact for inbound technical support requests from study participants, caregivers, and care team members.
• Troubleshoot requests to resolution and clearly communicate solutions and next steps to participants and staff.
• Write and deliver Bug Logs detailing steps to reproduce, impact, and severity.
• Collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to ensure issues are resolved and feedback is integrated into the roadmap.
• Manage communications with communities, participants, and families, maintaining proactive and responsive delivery times.
