Job summary

Rendever in Colorado is seeking an Implementation Support Specialist to serve as a friendly, front-line resource for participants, caregivers, and care staff on THRIVE@Home projects using the Rendever VR platform. This role focuses on supporting study participants and their care teams, ensuring smooth setup and training and addressing challenges as our platform expands to diverse settings.

During the first six months, you will shadow an experienced VR Support Specialist, coordinate training

Qualifications

Strong customer service and patient communication required.
Experience coordinating trainings and scheduling deliveries and support requests.
Clear verbal and written communication to explain technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Support setup and deployment of study systems, track deliveries, and schedule trainings.
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound technical support from participants and caregivers.
Navigate troubleshooting requests to resolution and clearly communicate solutions.
Write Bug Logs detailing steps to reproduce, impact, and severity.
Collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to resolve issues and share feedback into the roadmap.
Manage communications with communities, participants, and families to maintain proactive delivery standards.
