Job summary

Rendever seeks an Implementation Support Specialist to be the friendly first touch for participants, caregivers and care staff on THRIVE@Home projects. You will help troubleshoot, coordinate training calls, maintain records, and collaborate with the Research, Community Engagement and Product teams to improve support and the roadmap.

This role starts with shadowing an experienced VR Support Specialist and gradually leads into broader participant support.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills to put customers at ease and solve technical problems.
• Organizing tasks and coordinating schedules for system deliveries and training calls.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication to explain technical solutions clearly to varied users.
• Strong technical support skills with remote technology and VR hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Time management to prioritize support requests, training calls, and setup tasks.
• Problem-solving to diagnose issues, guide users, and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and deployment of study systems, tracking deliveries and scheduling training calls.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound technical support requests from study participants, caregivers, and care team members.
• Guide troubleshooting to resolution and communicate solutions and next steps in a clear, patient, accessible manner.
• Write and deliver Bug Logs detailing steps to reproduce, impact, and severity.
• Collaborate with Research, Community Engagement, and Product teams to resolve issues and feed feedback into the product roadmap.
• Manage communications with communities, participants, and families to maintain proactive and responsive delivery times.
