Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC is seeking a strategic Post Close leader to oversee the end-to-end post-close operations for funded loans across originating channels, including loan delivery, endorsement, records management, due diligence, and PCCD compliance.

You will work with senior management to strengthen loan quality and risk controls, ensure SLA adherence, and foster a culture of precision, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years managing aspects of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10–15 years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Mansioni

• Hire, train, and manage Post Close staff; plan and direct work.
• Ensure Post Close operations comply with policies, procedures, and laws.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, IT, and Treasury to protect loan quality.
• Drive continuous improvement and customer-focused execution.
• Provide coaching and regular feedback to managers and staff.
