Job summary

Carrington is seeking a Post Close leader to manage all aspects of funded loan operations from delivery through quality control. This remote role offers a competitive salary range and annual bonus potential based on performance and DOE.

You will collaborate with senior management to ensure strict adherence to policies, laws, and loan quality standards. The role emphasizes risk management, process improvement, and cross-functional coordination with Capital Markets, IT, and Treasury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7 to 10 years’ experience managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10 to 15 years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Responsibilities

• Lead Post Close operations across channels, overseeing loan delivery, endorsements, records, due diligence and compliance.
• Ensure operations comply with policies, procedures, regulations, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, IT, and Treasury to maintain loan quality and financial controls.
• Develop a culture aligned with company values, focusing on precision, efficiency and customer focus.
• Provide training to staff on policies and procedures to improve productivity.
• Mentor and interview potential department leaders; conduct regular staff audits.
