Job summary

Carrington is seeking a strategic Post Close leader to oversee all aspects of funded loan delivery, endorsements, records, and due diligence. This role directs cross-functional teams to assure loan quality and adherence to laws and policies.

A strong background in mortgage operations and risk management is required. The role offers a competitive base pay from $160,000 to $180,000 per year, with annual bonus potential and DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10–15 years mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Post Close operations to ensure loan quality and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance and training to staff; manage performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Legal, IT, Operations, and Treasury to strengthen controls and processes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement, precision, and customer focus.
• Oversee audits, reporting, and risk management initiatives.
