Job summary

Carrington is seeking a remote, senior Post Close leader responsible for all aspects of funded loan close activities and quality. You will drive policy adherence, risk management and cross-functional collaboration with Capital Markets, Operations, IT and Treasury to ensure strong loan quality and regulatory compliance.

The role carries a target pay range and annual bonus potential DOE. You will oversee hiring, coaching, and performance reviews, while building a culture aligned with Carrington’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree as required or equivalent work experience.
• Seven to ten years managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• Ten to fifteen years mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Post Close operations of funded loans across channels.
• Provide leadership, guidance and quality control across departments.
• Collaborate with Senior Management to strengthen loan quality rigor.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Lead training to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with IT for system enhancements to Post Close.
• Audit staff and monitor performance against audits.
