Job summary

Carrington invites you to join our amazing team and work remote from home. This role oversees all Post Close operations for funded loans—from delivery and endorsement guarantees to records, due diligence, and compliance—providing strategic leadership and quality control.

You will collaborate with senior management to strengthen loan quality, train staff, monitor SLAs, and improve efficiency. The target pay range is $160,000-$180,000 annually plus an annual bonus DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience in managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing: hiring, training, directing work, monitoring performance.
• Ensure Post Close operations adhere to policies, procedures, laws, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, IT, Treasury to safeguard loan quality.
• Develop training to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Mentor Post Close Managers and provide coaching.
• Audit staff and resolve issues to ensure compliance.
