Job summary

Carrington is seeking a leader to oversee Post Close operations for funded loans from all channels, including delivery, endorsements, records, and compliance. The role reports to Senior Management and emphasizes strategic leadership to ensure loan quality and regulatory adherence.

The target pay range is $160,000-$180,000 annually plus an annual bonus, with a DOE consideration. A remote-from-home work arrangement is available, with collaboration across Capital Markets, Operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience in managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Post Close operations, ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, IT, Treasury, and Operations to maintain loan quality and risk controls.
• Lead staff development, training, audits, and performance reviews.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, precision, and customer focus.
• Work with IT to implement system enhancements for efficiency and quality control.
• Provide regular coaching to Post Close Managers and staff.
