Job summary

Carrington is seeking an experienced Post Close leader to manage all aspects of funded loan post-close operations from all channels, including loan delivery, endorsement, records, due diligence, and compliance. This role provides strategic leadership, quality control, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen loan quality and risk management.

The position offers remote work from home with a target pay range of $160,000–$180,000 plus annual bonus DOE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years’ experience in managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10–15 years of mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
• Ensure Post Close operations comply with policies and procedures, regulations, SLAs and loan quality metrics.
• Contribute to risk management initiatives and coordinate with Capital Markets, Secondary Markets, Operations, Quality Control, Loan Servicing, IT and Treasury to ensure loan quality and monetary control.
