Carrington is seeking a senior leader to oversee Post Close operations for funded loans across channels. This remote role offers a salary range of $160,000–$180,000 with an annual bonus DOE.

You will manage hiring, training, performance, risk, and quality control while coordinating with Capital Markets, Operations, IT, and Treasury to ensure loan quality and compliance. Strong mortgage industry experience is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• Seven (7) to ten (10) years’ experience in managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• Ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of mortgage industry experience in general.

Responsabilidades

• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.
• Ensure Post Close operations adheres to policies & procedures with regulations, SLA and Loan Quality metrics.
• Function as a contributor to risk management initiatives, coordinating with Capital Markets, Secondary Markets, Operations, Quality Control, Loan Servicing, IT and Treasury.
• Create a departmental culture aligned with values, aiming for continuous improvement, precision of execution, and customer focus.
• Develop and implement training to current policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Act as a liaison with direct reports, internal staff, sales staff, vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
• Work with IT to develop system enhancements that improve Post Close efficiency and quality control.
• Provide exception-based review of loan circumstances and conditions.
• Assist in interviewing and hiring process of new department management members.
• Regularly audit staff and their functions to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Evaluate performance trends and collaborate with Operations to address audit findings.
• Conduct structured meetings with Post Close Managers weekly.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to Post Close Managers and staff.
• Facilitate relationship building with VPs/Directors of Operations across regional centers.
