Job summary

Carrington is seeking a senior leader to oversee Post Close operations for funded loans across channels in a remote, home-based role. You will provide strategic leadership, drive risk management, and coordinate across Capital Markets, Secondary Markets, Operations, IT and Treasury to ensure loan quality and regulatory compliance.

You will train, streamline processes, monitor SLA adherence, and coach Post Close Managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10–15 years of mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws, including hiring, training, planning and directing work.
• Ensure Post Close operations comply with policies, procedures, SLAs and loan quality metrics.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Secondary Markets, Operations and IT to ensure loan quality and controls.
• Develop and enforce training to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Audit staff and processes to ensure compliance and address issues.
• Provide regular coaching to Post Close Managers and staff.
• Lead relationship building with regional Operations leaders and VP/Directors of Operations.
