Job summary

Carrington is seeking a remote Post Close leader to oversee all facets of funded loan post-close operations, including delivery, endorsements, records, and due diligence. You will guide policy adherence, risk management, and cross‑functional collaboration to maintain loan quality.

A strategic role reporting to senior management with a strong focus on process improvement and staff development. The role offers a base salary range of $160,000–$180,000 with annual bonus potential based on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience.
• 7–10 years managing at least one aspect of the Loan Origination Process.
• 10–15 years mortgage industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Post Close operations and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets, Secondary Markets, Operations, IT and Treasury to manage loan quality and controls.
• Develop training and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Audit staff for compliance and report on performance trends.
• Mentor Post Close Managers and staff; conduct weekly structured meetings.
