Qualifications

• Track record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into HVAC groups, or marketing and agency services to multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over people management.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
