Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital agency, seeks a Director of Business Development for HVAC to own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, focusing on strategic groups where one win covers many locations.

You will leverage inbound and our sales development team to book meetings with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders, driving expansion as locations and services scale.

Qualifications

• Experience closing $1M+ annual deals with multi-location accounts.
• Selling into HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision makers.
• Prefer closing business over managing people.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders at the table.
• Expand accounts: add locations and services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with strategists and leadership for key deals.
