Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide SE organization in line with our GTM strategy. This role reports to the CRO and requires driving technical excellence, market insights, and enablement for customers and channel partners.

You will shape field readiness programs, KPI metrics, and collaboration across Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services. The position demands a hands‑on, inspiring leadership style and a track record of growing

Qualifications

• 5+ years of global Sales Engineering leadership experience in enterprise software.
• Experience leading 30+ person global teams.
• Track record in consultative solution selling and customer success.
• Security software experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Transform the GTM strategy, structure, direction and inspiration for the global Sales Engineering organization.
• Establish KPIs and performance expectations, report results and recommend actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product Management, Marketing and Professional Services for insights.
• Act as Field CTO and translate product vision into customer‑relevant value propositions.
• Ensure enablement programs and tools to make SEs trusted security advisers to partners and customers.
• Implement sales tools and financial data to manage productivity and KPIs in SFDC.
• Promote a unified GTM voice to clients and partners.
• Collaborate with regional sales and Partners to identify, support and close opportunities.
