Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide Sales Engineering organization in support of our Go-To-Market strategy. You will drive technical excellence, enablement and field readiness across direct and channel teams.

Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer and collaborating with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Services, you will set KPIs, mentor a 30+ person global team and enable partners to close strategic enterprise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership experience in enterprise software.
• Experience leading 30+ global SE professionals.
• Track record of consultative solution selling and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Transform the GTM strategy, structure, and direction for the global Sales Engineering organization.
• Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and advise on corrective actions.
