Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the Sales Engineering organization in support of our Go-To-Market strategy. This executive role reports to the CRO and focuses on market intelligence, technical excellence, and enablement for customers and channel partners.

You will drive field readiness, metrics, and leadership initiatives to transform the team into best-in-class security advisers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of global Sales Engineering leadership in enterprise software.
• Experience leading 30+ person teams.
• Track record in consultative, enterprise-grade solutions.

Responsibilities

• Transform GTM strategy and lead global Sales Engineering organization.
• Establish KPIs, reports, and course corrections with leadership.
• Collaborate with Engineering, CS, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Act as Field CTO and translate product vision into customer value.
• Ensure enablement programs and tools to improve productivity and effectiveness.
• Partner with regional leaders and channel partners to identify and close opportunities.
