Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a visionary Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide Sales Engineering organization, align with our go-to-market strategy, and deliver technical excellence to customers and partners.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will shape field readiness, establish KPIs, collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services, and drive enablement to transform SE teams into trusted technical advisers for customers and channel partners.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in global Sales Engineering.
• Track record in enterprise software sales and customer success.
• Ability to translate product visions into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Sales Engineering org in line with GTM strategy.
• Set KPIs, track forecasts, and drive performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Professional Services.
• Act as Field CTO to key accounts and partners translating product vision into customer value.
• Ensure enablement and productivity through tools and processes, and report via SFDC.
• Champion Skyhigh Security’s GTM model and one-voice messaging to clients.
• Collaborate with Partners to identify and close opportunities while enabling channel partners.
