Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead and scale the Sales Engineering organization globally, aligning with our GTM strategy and driving technical excellence. You will partner with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver customer-driven outcomes and enable channel partners to maximize value.

Qualifications

Exceptional leadership and people-management skills (5+ years) in global Sales Engineering.
Strong strategic and tactical Sales Engineering expertise in enterprise software.
Experience leading large, globally dispersed teams (30+).
Proven track record in consultative solution selling and customer success.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Transform GTM strategy and structure for global Sales Engineering.
Set KPIs, report results, and drive improvements with leadership.
Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Services.
Act as Field CTO and translate product vision into customer value.
