Job summary

Skyhigh Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Sales Engineering to lead the worldwide Sales Engineering organization and align with Go-To-Market plans. The role focuses on market intelligence, technical excellence, and enablement for customers and channel partners.

Reporting to executive leadership, you will drive field readiness, KPI management, and transformation of the SE teams into technical security advisers, while collaborating across Engineering, Customer Success, Product,

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of global sales engineering teams.
• Track record in enterprise software with strong customer focus.
• Experience implementing MEDDPICC or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Sales Engineering organization and align with GTM strategy.
• Establish KPIs, forecast results, and drive performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing and Services to provide market insights.
• Act as Field CTO to translate product vision into customer value propositions.
• Enable partners and field teams with tools, resources and enablement programs.
